Amy's not so anaerobic.

Hello all,
Today is day 9 and I have had a few bumps along the way.  This workout is designed to do everyday for 30 days.  This is where the challenge comes in and the results.  I have missed two days out of nine.  Todays workout was just as hard as the first one.  Getting a bit frustrated.  I have always been able to adapt well to any aerobic program.  My anaerobic has always suffered.  This program is VERY anaerobic.  Here is a quick definition of it: There are three energy-producing systems in the human body, one of which is aerobic (using oxygen), and two of which are anaerobic (not using oxygen): ATP-CP and Glycolysis.
Sprints would be an example of anaerobic.  Jillian's workout if very quick and with quick moments and changes between exercises.
I am not going to give up!  It has got to get easier at some point.

  1. It does get easier, but will never be easy. Yesterday I did Level 1, and woke up sore this morning. I'd stay with Level 1 until your body feels like it wants more. Have you noticed any changes in your body, mood, energy level, etc?
