Hello there,
I am still doing the 30 Day Shred with a few changes. I have suffered some injuries in the past that limit me from doing this everyday. Dr says it would be best to give my body a day of rest in between workouts. The good news is I am seeing and feeling the results. I am hoping next week I will see it when I measure myself. Finally the workout is getting easier and am almost ready to up the level of difficulty.
This is an amazing workout and I cant stress enough how well it works.

Glad to hear you're still doing it. I was wondering when I didn't see a newer post. Level 2 is my favorite but get ready for one heck of a workout. =)
